ADMISSION POLICY

Admission to the school is based on a first come, first served basis. Applicants must submit the following requirements for admission:


Preschool

  • Photocopy of Birth & Baptismal Certificate (present the original copies)

  • Medical Certificate

  • Entrance Examination and Interview by the Principal

  • Must meet the age requirements:

    • Toddler - 2 years old on or before June

    Nursery – 3 years old on or before June

    Kinder 1 – 4 years old on or before June

    Kinder 2 – 5 years old on or before June

PEAC CERTIFIED

  • VOUCHER PROGRAM FOR ALL INCOMING STUDENTS OF:

    • Junior High School ( Grade 7 and Grade 8)

    Senior High School ( Grade 11 and Grade 10)

GRADE SCHOOL

  • Photocopy of Birth, Baptismal Certificate, (present the original copies)

  • Form 138/Report Card (Preschool or with transfer credentials signed by the principal of recently attended school)

  • Medical Certificate

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the Guidance Counselor

  • Entrance Examination

  • Interview of the students and parents by the Principal
    •  

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

  • Photocopy of Birth & Baptismal Certificate (present the original copies)

  • Form 138/Report Card with transfer credentials signed by the Principal of school recently attended.

  • Medical Certificate

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the Guidance Counselor

  • Entrance Examination

  • Interview of the students and parents by the Principal
    •  

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Academic Track:

  • Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)

  • General Academics (GA’S)

    •  

SPED

  • Photocopy of Birth & Baptismal Certificate (present the original copies)

  • Form 138/Report Card with transfer credentials signed by the Principal of school recently attended or previous school record (if any)

  • Psycho educational Assessment /SPED-IEP (if any)

  • Medical Evaluation/Assessment of the following:

    • Developmental Pediatrician

    Physical/Occupational/Speech-Language Therapist (if any)

    Psychologist

  • Interview of the students and parents by the Principal
    •  

    Upon registration, the student is considered officially enrolled for the entire school year and upon presentation and submission of all school credentials and has made initial payment of school fees and authorized to attend classes.
